These Terms and Conditions for the C1 Travel Affiliate Program ("Affiliate Program T&Cs") are brought to you by Crowd1 Network FZ-LLC, a company registered and incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, hereinafter referred to as ("C1").
These T&Cs govern your participation in the C1 Travel Affiliate Program ("Program") brought to you by C1, in conjunction with third-party collaborators and as part of C1 product offerings. C1 Travel is a hotel booking platform exclusive to C1 members, with a massive hotel inventory and seamless integrated mechanism for accepting payments in cryptocurrency.
By signing up and participating in C1 Travel Affiliate Program, you ("Participant/You/Yours") agree to be bound by these Affiliate Program T&Cs.
1.1 The C1 Travel Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are registered members of C1 and are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
1.2 Access to and participation in the C1 Travel Affiliate Program is by invitation only. Initial invitations are individual and extended to members at C1's discretion. By registering via the invite, each member will receive an individual referral code to sponsor their affiliate network into the Program.
1.3 To qualify to receive commissions under the Program, users must maintain an active C1 membership in good standing, comply with all applicable C1 terms and policies, and use the platform in a lawful and responsible manner.
2.1 Each participant shall be provided with a unique referral code or link ("Referral Code") for the purpose of inviting new users and expanding their affiliate network to C1 Travel.
2.2 By inviting users to their network, the Participant will be eligible to earn commissions on their downline hotel booking activities ("Affiliate Commission"). Affiliate Commissions are earned only when the referred users successfully register, meet all eligibility requirements, book and complete a hotel booking stay, in compliance with the C1 Travel T&Cs.
2.3 The Affiliate Commissions are calculated based on the amount of commission C1 receives from eligible bookings ("Booking Commission"), not the total booking value, and the structure and payout of the program is determined at C1's absolute discretion.
2.4 Each Affiliate Commission will only be credited to the participant's account after the referred individual successfully completes a booking on the C1 Travel Platform.
2.5 In order for a booking to be deemed eligible for commission purposes:
(a) the booking must be fully completed by the referred customer.
(b) the booking must not have been cancelled, refunded, reversed, disputed, classified as a no-show, fraudulent, or otherwise invalidated for any reason;
(c) the booking must generate actual, finalised revenue to C1, with all payments successfully collected, cleared, and retained by C1 as Booking Commission; and
(d) the booking must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and C1 Travel's Terms and Conditions.
2.6 Affiliate Commissions are not payable in respect of any bookings that are cancelled, partially refunded, unpaid, fraudulent, disputed, or otherwise determined by C1, in its sole discretion, to be ineligible. C1's determination of the eligibility of any booking shall be final and binding.
3.1 You can terminate your participation in the Program at any time. In this case, you will be able to request the withdrawal of any current active and valid Affiliate Commission, but you will not be eligible for any other upcoming commission from the date of the termination of your account.
3.2 C1 reserves the right to investigate any suspected misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity within the Program and may suspend or withhold Affiliate Commissions for the duration of such investigation. If C1 determines that a Participant has engaged in such conduct, C1 may suspend or terminate the Participant's account and forfeit any unpaid Affiliate Commissions.
3.3 C1 reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at its sole discretion. Determination regarding any misuse, ineligibility of referrals, or termination shall be final, binding, and conclusive. Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of this risk.
4.1 C1 will not disclose or share personal data of users who register for the platform with Participants. Referral and commission tracking will be based on anonymised or aggregated data only.
4.2 The collection, processing, storage, and use of any personal data in connection with the Program shall be governed by C1 Travel Privacy Policy and the applicable data protection laws and regulations. Participants are strictly prohibited from attempting to independently collect, process, or otherwise make use of personal data of referred users.
5.1 C1 reserves the right to amend these T&Cs as required at any time, in which case the most recently updated terms shall apply. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain in full force.
5.2 The C1 Travel Affiliate Program facilitates referrals to a hotel booking platform operated and maintained by independent third-party providers. C1 does not own, operate, manage, or control the hotels, booking systems, or related services. All booking content, availability, rates, policies, and fulfilment are supplied directly by such third parties. C1 makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any booking information used for the C1 Travel Affiliate Program, and shall have no responsibility for faults in the service provided.
5.3 The laws of Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) govern these Affiliate Program T&Cs. In the event of any dispute or complaint, the DIFC Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
5.4 These Terms have been translated into other languages for Your convenience, however, in the event of any dispute, the English language version shall prevail.
